E-mail signature from the Active Directory

The following must be done so that the Outlook signature can be created automatically.

1. Create a folder named Outlook under NETLOGON
2. Copy the three MailSig (htm, rtf, txt) files to the Outlook folder
3. With a new policy we copy the three files into the user profile; in the folder Signatures
4. Finally, run a Powershell script to populate the signature files
