Activate user account temporally
Who does not use a machine, for example, to deactivate external user accounts after a working day again, there is another solution.
I use a script to disable external user accounts after activation. The script checks whether an external user account (separate OU) has been activated and gives this user 10 hours, after which the account is automatically deactivated again. So the help desk has less to do and we can be sure that this user (supporter) will no longer have network access.
There are a lot of solutions and a variety of uses. That was just a jumbled example.
