This error message is just annoying.
There are a lot of ways to check if port 135 is enabled. Using WMIC, for example you can query the computer name remotely. Or by telnet.
Also checks the DCOM settings, for example. The local firewall should also be checked. On the certification body> Incoming on the requesting server> Outgoing. The colleagues from the network team report everything green.
If all this and everything is in order, then maybe one could check again whether the requester (computer or user) has the right to address or access the certification body via the network.
What can I say, after that it worked!
