Allow users to run Windows Services
There are various methods of granting a normal user without extended rights the right to manage one or more Windows services.
This topic often occurs in domains, less on the home computer.
The whole thing can be implemented with the help of security templates, via GPO, via SubInACL or via Powershell, etc.
In this case I would like to introduce a (standalone) tool called Service Security Editor.
In advance, I created a new local user on my computer. The DWP user has no extended rights.
